As a musician, I have always jumped at the chance to utilize my video editing skills. I have had the chance to collaborate with a wide variety of artists and set new standards for original media in local music scenes.

'Just like that' (by the band 'Orbweaver')

This production was a nationwide collaboration. I got in touch with three videographers from different states to help provide wild footage for this digital horror-themed video.

VISUAL EFFECTS BREAKDOWN

For the visuals of this video, I wanted to elicit the tone and aesthetic of a "found-footage" horror.
I used various VFX tricks to distort the footage in fantastic ways. I wanted it to be colorful visual experience, but still unnerving.

Although there is no apparent story arc, each scene is meant to evoke feelings of being chased and general wildness. The song's lyrics playfully forebode the imminent exposure of a deceitful person's true colors and I believe the actors did a phenomenal job weaving that into their respective performances.
